Offer analytical assistance, due diligence, and transactional support for M&A deals and capital raising endeavors
Create financial models and toolkits for valuation assessments
Produce pitch book presentations and associated client materials
Conduct research on client industries to pinpoint business trends
Oversee and monitor the internal corporate finance budget
Take ownership of personal development goals and align with organizational objectives
Collaborate as a member of the deal team to finalize M&A transactions
The Successful Applicant
Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar disciplines.
1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a leading professional services firm;
Fluency in both English and Thai is essential.
Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving abilities
Willingness and capability to travel domestically and internationally.
