- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee advertising, promotional activities, and content creation across digital and traditional channels.
- Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor data, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently, managing the marketing department budget to maximize ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, analyze campaign metrics, and report on performance to leadership.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and creative teams to align messaging and launch new products.
- Experience: with at least 5-7 years of experience in marketing. Minimum 1-2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital advertising (Ads Management) and data analytics. Ability to utilize AI tools to enhance work efficiency and productivity.
- Budget Management: Strong skills in budget planning and ROI optimization. Able to manage spending effectively with clear, data-driven results.
- Creativity & Trends: Highly creative with a strong aesthetic sense for content quality control. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and be willing to experiment with new strategies to drive sales.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to provide clear briefs to creative and sales teams.
- Professional Attributes: Decisive, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Language: Good command of English (Professional working level).
