As an Assistant Manager, Investor Relations, you will be responsible for acquiring and deepening the pool of Corporate and Institutional investors for raising debt required by FSMK for onward lending to SMEs. Act as a product owner to provide clarification to Financial Advisors to enhance confidence and conduct quarterly training to ensure FAs have sufficient knowledge. The role would include finding new partners (both SMEs ecosystem partners and fundraising partners) and managing existing ones. The KPIs would be directly linked to the amount of debt raised as well as the cost of funds for the debt raise.What you will be doing:

Acquiring Corporate and Institutional Investors for raising funds for onward lending to SMEs
Training FAs to equip them with sufficient product knowledge
Managing end to end relationships with the above clients
Driving and onboarding new partnerships to build a sustainable pipeline for SMEs lending and debtraising
Supporting due diligence and data requirements of clients
Working with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Data and other teams to support client requirements
Managing post disbursements requirements of the client

RequirementsWhat we are looking for:

At least 3 years of experience with 1 years of relevant experience in investments or credit analysis or fund management etc
Graduate with distinction or post graduate
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
The ability to build strong relationships with discerning clients
Strong power-point and presentation skills
Fundamental knowledge of Financial Accounting
Business proficiency in a Southeast Asian language a plus
Currently based in Bangkok
