- Create detailed technical documentation, including FSDs, SRS, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Define RESTful API contracts (JSON, request/response, error handling) for internal services and external integrations (e.g. PromptPay, NDID).
- Design end-to-end system workflows using sequence diagrams, DFDs, and activity diagrams.
- Design back-office system flows for operations (e.g. transaction inquiries, dispute handling, maker-checker workflows).
- Define monitoring and telemetry requirements to track system health and performance.
- Capture and define NFRs such as scalability, performance, and high availability, including peak transaction scenarios.
- Collaborate with QA and performance teams on load testing, latency SLAs, and recovery targets (RTO/RPO).
- Ensure compliance with BOT regulations, e-Payment security, AML, and PDPA.
- 4–7 years’ experience as Technical BA / System Analyst / Backend Product Owner in Banking or FinTech.
- Strong technical documentation skills (FSD, API Specs, Data Dictionary) with ability to work with JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, XML, and basic SQL.
- Understanding of Microservices, API integration, and Cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiar with Retail Banking products (CASA, Personal Loans, Credit Cards).
- Proficient in diagramming tools (Draw.io, Visio, Mermaid) for UML, Sequence, ERD.
- Fluent in Thai and proficient in English for technical documentation.
