- Translate global quality goals into actionable QA plans, budgets, and operational execution across all inspection and control processes.
- Embed Marelli Quality Standards into daily QA/QC activities, ensuring consistent inspection practices from suppliers and outsourced partners through to customer delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end QA/QC performance-including incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality-while driving continuous improvement to meet company targets and customer expectations.
- Partner with management to analyze performance, set strategic objectives, and optimize manpower, processes, and inspection plans in alignment with company policy.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality, including root-cause investigations, corrective actions for supplier and customer issues, and improvement programs tied to APQP and new-launch readiness.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO/IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and internal quality systems while providing training to auditors and maintaining robust quality-control procedures across all production stages.
- Strengthen customer and supplier relationships by responding quickly to complaints, coordinating corrective actions, managing gate reviews and shipping approvals for new launches, and maintaining overall product quality consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or another relevant discipline.
- More than 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the automotive parts sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven abilities in problem-solving and driving process improvements.
- Solid understanding of ISO/IATF 16949 quality systems and related quality-management standards.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, effective communication in English, and proficiency in computer applications.
