Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with Board of Investment (BOI), tax, and customs regulations across Pandora Production Thailand.
Drive best practices and process excellence in BOI, tax, and customs compliance.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all regulatory submissions and reporting.

Risk Management & Audit Leadership

Lead tax, BOI, and customs audits, investigations, and reviews in collaboration with Finance and Group Tax teams.
Identify compliance risks and implement controls to strengthen governance and regulatory adherence.

Strategic Business Support

Provide BOI, tax, and customs advisory to support key business initiatives and strategic decision making.
Support global tax processes including transfer pricing, income tax accounting, and effective tax rate forecasting.

Financial & Regulatory Monitoring

Monitor tax obligations including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax.
Prepare forecasts for tax payments and ensure alignment with financial planning.

Stakeholder & Government Relations

Build strong working relationships with government authorities (BOI, Tax, Customs) and external advisors.
Collaborate with global finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with group policies.

Team Leadership

Lead and develop the compliance team responsible for BOI, tax, and customs activities.
Foster a positive team environment focused on capability development and continuous improvement.

We love that you are…

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related fields
7+ years of experience in tax, compliance, internal audit, or regulatory advisory
Strong knowledge of BOI, tax regulations, and customs requirements in Thailand
Experience working with manufacturing or multinational organizations is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead projects, manage consultants, and coordinate cross-functional teams
Self-motivated with strong integrity and a continuous improvement mindset
Good command of English communication
