• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders and satisfaction.
• Identify and approach new business opportunities within retail, restaurant, and distribution channels.
• Handle client inquiries, provide product quotations, and follow up on leads to close sales.
• Visit clients (when needed) to present products and gather market feedback.
• Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and competitors.
• Develop marketing plans and simple promotional materials (online/offline).
• Support the creation of product catalogs, social media content, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and accurate inventory updates.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and update client databases.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events (when applicable).

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or trading (POS/printing/stationery industry preferred).
• Good communication skills in Thai and English (Chinese is a plus).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media marketing tools).
