Sales Staff - Car Leasing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both Japanese and non-Japanese corporate clients.
• Promote and sell maintenance-inclusive auto leasing services, including passenger cars, luxury vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs), and trucks.
• Conduct new business development through client visits, networking, and referrals.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, maintenance, and finance to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and leasing contracts based on client needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics or any relevant business course
• Minimum 2 years relevant work in sales, marketing
• If having experience in car rental or car leasing business will be an advantage
• Fair command of English
