Based at their cutting-edge facility in Rayong, ThailandThis Sales Manager is pivotal in expanding market share by identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet evolving industry needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales leader ready to accelerate growth and elevate a world-class manufacturing brand in competitive markets.Job ResponsibilitiesLead business development initiatives to acquire new B2B customers across target industries (automotive, electronics, industrial, consumer goods, etc.)Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue, market share, and brand visibilityManage the entire sales process - from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closingBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contactUnderstand customer requirements and collaborate with engineering and production teams to propose custom injection molding solutionsPrepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical presentations for prospective clientsConduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activityRepresent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings - both domestically and internationallyReport regularly on sales pipeline, targets, and performance to senior management.Job RequirementsExtensive years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in plastic injection molding, technical manufacturing, or industrial componentsDemonstrated success in acquiring and managing strategic key accounts in a B2B environmentStrong understanding of plastic injection molding processes, materials, and customer applicationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and business reportingSelf-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independentlyWillingness to travel within Thailand and occasionally abroad as requiredFluent in Thai and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
