- Respond to claims about Products from HQ in Japan by email or Meeting - Make report about claims and analyze inferior of Products - Tell the Engineer what caused the mistake and what to do about it - QA activity such as Initial management, changing process of QA, checking defective data, environmental load substances - Manage KPI of production and QA/QC activities - Other duties as assignedJob Requirement
