- Analyze and evaluate current business processes across departments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with business units and IT teams to recommend and implement digital solutions (e.g., RPA, Low-Code platforms, dashboards, etc.)
- Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and propose innovative use of technologies
- Lead or support Proof of Concepts (PoC) and pilot projects for new tools or platforms
- Map and document business processes using industry standards (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts)
- Support change management initiatives and help drive adoption of new technologies and ways of working
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital-first thinking
- จบการศึกษาระดับปรัญญาตรี ใน IT หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน Business Analyst หรือ System Analyst อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- สามารถเดินทางด้วย BTS ช่องนนทรี และ MRT คลองเตย
