Quality Engineer / Supervisor

• To enhance the capabilities of the Quality Assurance Department by providing technical and administrative support to the Engineering group in improving internal quality and yield of the product.
• To ensure that all the procedures and guide line are being followed and executed in proper manner to ensure total quality control.
• To assist QA Technician/inspector on technical support for the incoming, in process and outgoing inspection.
• To monitor a vendor quality control system in qualification, internal continuous improvement and quality performance.
• Monitor process yield throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem, and implement and drive internal corrective actions.

• Diploma or higher degree in Engineering or related field.
• To have some basic QA Knowledge such as QC 7 tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D report, GD&T, measuring Tools/Equipment background such as CMM, Smart scope, Minitab program analysis or having exposure in ISO9001 environment in quality field.
