Join our culinary team and contribute to creating delicious cold dishes and salads for our guests.
Prepare a variety of cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and desserts
Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Contribute to menu development and suggest new cold dish ideas
Ensure proper food storage and labeling
Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Qualifications
Thai Nationality Only
Proven experience as a cold kitchen cook or in a similar role
Strong knife skills and food preparation techniques
In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Team player with strong communication abilities
Food Safety Certification (required)
Culinary degree or diploma (preferred)
Proficiency in preparing various cold dishes and salads
Understanding of flavor profiles and ingredient pairings
Familiarity with Thai cuisine and local ingredients (preferred)
