Responsible to perform supply assessment for Long Range Planning and provide build commit with gap analysis.
Analyze and evaluate demand changes for every demand revision and provide high level reporting.
Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules, maintaining purchase records and inventory control
Collaborate with Material Planning Manager (MPM), Program Manager (PM) and NPI Engineering on build issues
Assist purchasing manager with purchasing strategy and optimization of purchasing operations.
Develop processes to standardize and maximize our Process efficiency and control of our internal operations
Proactively seek innovative ways to improve the purchasing processes and supplier service levels
Participate in sourcing and procurement related projects.
Conduct existing and new suppliers’ performance, by ranking and selecting based on the services provided based on the internal Vendor Rating System
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, including ethical sourcing practices and quality standards
QualificationsREQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Min 5yrs working experiences in large scale manufacturing industry or electronic environment.
Knowledge in Purchasing /Procurement Process, Project Planning and implementation.
Committed to achieving goals and objectives within the framework of a team environment.
Good and up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 with strong excel skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage / lead multiple projects and changing priorities.
PREFERRED:
Proficient in Excel reporting
Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on tight deadlines and prioritize.
Must have leadership and influencing abilities.
Excel in decision-making and working with numbers.
SKILLS:
ERP experience is required.
Strong analytical skill & Critical thinking.
Excellent computer skill MS Office, Oracle & Power BI (optional).
