As a Supply Chain professional at Business Consulting Team, you will be working with many of the world's leading organizations to improve their Supply Chain performance in a rapidly changing environment. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams, bringing diverse perspectives to every challenge. Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and opportunities for digital transformation
Apply advanced analytics, digital assessment tools, and technology-enabled diagnostics to evaluate current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and uncover improvement opportunities
Develop insights and recommendations leveraging automation, AI/ML, cloud platforms, control-tower concepts, and modern supply chain technologies to drive measurable business impact
Structure and design presentations and reports that clearly communicate findings; ensure accuracy through robust validation and stakeholder alignment
Lead engagements end-to-end, manage workstreams, track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery while working with senior leadership and client executives
Perform market scans, technology landscape reviews, and feasibility studies to help clients stay ahead of disruptions and build future-proof supply chain and operations capabilities
Support proposal development, contribute to thought leadership, and engage in building new offerings and digital assets

Qualifications:

Thai nationality and Thai native only
Bachelor or Master of Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Production), BBA, or Supply Chain related
6-8 years (for Manager) / 10+ years (for Senior Manager) of professional experience with at least one of the following areas: Sales and Operations Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Distribution.
Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.) is a must
Familiar or has experience with supply chain technology platforms is a must
Knowledge of automation, AI/ML, digital twins, advanced planning systems, cloud platforms, and control tower concepts is a must
Able to work under pressure, aggressive timeframe, and consulting lifestyle
Very good Thai and English communication skills
Ability to travel to upcountry or abroad is required
