IT Operations Manager

• Develop the IT strategy to enable and support the business growth plans.

• Evaluate current technology trends and ensure 'fit for purpose' application in existing & future business environments.

• Analyse the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT and business projects in line with organizational objectives.

• Oversee all IT run services and evaluate them according to established goals/KPIs

• Creating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, incl. internal & external partners, advisors and vendors.

• Assurance of a high-quality IT service based on service level agreements.

• Acting as a representative of the IT leadership team.

• Coordinate and work closely with IT & business to assess business requirements & maturity levels, thereof establishing contingency & resource plans.

• Manage third-party providers of IT landscape to ensure contracts, commercial arrangements and service delivery are compliant to global standard.

• Lead the regional IT department and ensure the team is aligned with the group's vision, mission, values and strategic priorities.

• Manage the collaboration between regional IT departments to be able to act as a global team.

• Developing regional IT organization being a core member of global IT team, including staff training and development.

• Preparing financial budgets incl. performance reports in alignment with the IT Controller.

• Participates with the group IT leadership team in the development, implementation and monitoring of management information and network systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, legal and regulatory compliance.

• Graduated a degree in related of IT

• Over 10+ years of an experience in IT, both of Infrastructure & Applications from manufacturing/or large scale regional

• Able to travel aboard.
