หัวหน้าฝ่าย QA (อยุธยา)Job responsibilities- oversee the entire process of quality control, including incoming material inspection, system maintenance, process monitoring, delivery inspection, and customer complaint Handling
- Organizing and conducting the quality status meeting of the new model Project product
- coordinating with production teams to Ensure delivery of new model products by each change level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
- Respond to claims about products from client by email and telephone
- Preparing documents that related with quality concerned APQP , PPAP , MSA , FMEA, IATF
- Other duties assignedความรับผิดชอบในงาน- ดูแลกระบวนการควบคุมคุณภาพทั้งหมด รวมถึงการตรวจสอบวัสดุที่นำเข้ามา การบำรุงรักษาระบบ การตรวจสอบกระบวนการ การตรวจสอบการส่งมอบ และการจัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
- จัดระเบียบและดำเนินการประชุมสถานะคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์โครงการรุ่นใหม่
- ประสานงานกับทีมผู้ผลิตเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์รุ่นใหม่ตามการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ และป้องกันการเกิดปัญหาเดิม
- ตอบกลับข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับสินค้าจากลูกค้าทางอีเมลและโทรศัพท์
- จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ APQP , PPAP , MSA , FMEA, IATF
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายNecessary Skill / Experience- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 3 years of working experience as QA in the Automotive industry
・Conversational low-middle level of English (for writing emails to clients in Mexico, India, and USA)
・Having knowledge in PPAP, IATF
・Having experience in making reports or documents related to claims from clientsPreferable Skill / Experience・Working experience in Japanese company
・Experience in plastic injection industryLanguage Skill
