Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home.Your RolesAs part of Commercial Area emerging market based in Bangkok, you will be responsible to develop and execute our growth strategy for the Project business channel, including kitchen retailers across the region.A Typical Day
Develop overall business strategy focused on securing a dominant long term market position in the rapidly growing in all the project and kitchen retailer channels for Electrolux & AEG brands to advance market share/penetration and achieve profitable growth.Business Planning- Lead business planning &sales strategy; aligns tactical project and kitchen retailer channel plans with overall corporate strategy; actively develops and manages geography business plans to meet Top line and Bottom line ambition; develops plans that articulate the strategies/requirements essential for focusing sales activities, forecasts accurately and accountable for sales target progress; actively manages and signs off on business plans through scheduled reviews and updates. Set up clear guidance for price mix with measurable KPI to sales efficiency, channel mix etc.
Funnel management- Builds, monitors and orchestrates sales funnel to ensure continuous population of short and long term opportunities; manages the size, shape and quality of funnel; analyzes overall win rates and win/loss ratios.
Stake holder management and relations - Keep good relations with external key stake holder including Top developer in real estate market. Have ambition insight to drive stakeholder management with strong influence power to find potential business opportunity to drive business for long term . Contributes to enduring executive relationships at the client's organization; establishes professional relationships and credibility with key business executives in support of other established relationships with the client.Business acumen- Knowledge of business, financial and legal acumen to develop business solutions, continuously monitors and improves area-of-control operations to ensure alignment with the company's business direction, the quality of business practices and optimum organization performance.
Industry and client knowledge- Stays current with industry and competitive research and information to enable rich client dialogue; maintains an understanding of client business challenges, industry trends and markets; demonstrates the knowledge to position and map company capabilities that align to client business objectives and initiatives.Leading & Managing Sales Team:
Coaching & Performance Management- Assesses and manages employee performance to ensure individual and group excellence; counsels and supports individuals through selling challenges; manages performance and results of high and low performers.
Leadership- Models effective selling skills; motivates and supports sales teams in selling; demonstrates a high level of support in the pursuit and closing of deals.
People development- Sponsors and directs skill building activities to increase the productivity and accomplishments of the sales force.
Change management- Ability to work through an environment of change and effectively lead a sales team through transitions beyond their control.QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience Requirement
  • Minimum 10 +years commercial experience as senior sales manager or sales head. Project channel sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record in the field of project sales business models and sizable team management where consumer durable industry is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding on competitor landscape and project business market trends in Asia and Middle East Markets
  • Solid experience on business strategy & planning and project definition and analysis identifying business needs and requirements
  • Provide strong leadership skills(management, motivation, selling a vision, goal setting and measurement)
  • Sound functional understanding of relationship marketing, supply chain, installation and support
  • Excellent strategy thinking and business judgment with sound financial understanding
  • Passion and hunger to drive and rapidly expand the business
  • Effective communication across multiple levels of an organization
  • High-level of written and verbal ability in English.
  • Good command of PC skills(Excel, Word and PPT)
