We are aggressively accelerating the business growth in both domestic and global market.Our number of restaurants exceeding 1,600 in 21 countries under The Pizza Company, Swensen's, Sizzler, Dairy Queen, Burger King, Thai Express The Coffee Club, BreadTalk, Ribs and Rumps, Riverside, Penang Street, and Poulet.Job DescriptionJob Purpose :Conduct developing formulations of new products and improved formulations of existing products including formulations & process , raw materials & finished product specifications and verify the analysis results for COA and preparation of dossiers for registration process, trial run and commercialization.Main Responsibilities :R&D Development & R&D Improvement

Conducted in developing formulations/ of new products and improved formulations of existing products.
Assist to the other parties on new products and process innovation, setting the experimental schedule, trial and prepare the progressive report.
Co -ordinate with other parties in factory, external customer and supplier.
Initiated new product and new process.
Provided formula for cost calculation.
Conducted in-house sensory evaluation.
Conducted in trial run of pilot scale and conducted on commercial scale.
Assisted in / co-ordinated on shelf life studies.
Conducted the preparation of dossiers for registration process.
Created Raw materials specifications/ Finished product specifications.
Reviewed the analysis results for COA align with regulations.
Standardized the result to be aligning with legal & regulations and consumer & market trends.

QualificationsQualifications :

Good technical skills
Good creative
Good command of English and computer skills
Creative & Self motivated & Problem solving
Research and Report writing skills
Proactive, interpersonal, positive attitude, good team player.
can work hard under pressure with tight timeline.

Education : * Bachelor or Master Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Food Engineering, Product Development or related field.Experience : * At least 3-5 years experience in Research & development in Food Industries

Other experiences, work industry or any specific experience required.
