Finance & Accounting Manager

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting and finance
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role preferred

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPD license is mandatory

• English: Internal conversation levelrequiredMust be able to communicate with overseas finance teams

• Strong hands-on experience in financial statements, monthly closing, and financial analysis
• Expertise in cash and bank control, document verification, and cash flow management
• Costing and inventory control experience
• Solid knowledge of BOI systems, reporting, compliance, and coordination with auditors
• In-depth understanding of Thai accounting and taxation
• Ability to review and submit tax forms (corporate tax, withholding tax, VAT, cross-border tax)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems

• Oversee and finalize monthly and annual financial closing, including KPI and performance analysis.
• Review accounting records and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.
• Prepare annual budgets and conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual results.
• Handle corporate tax matters and support tax filings, external audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation calculations.
• Oversee payments, collections, and overall cash flow management.
• Review costing, inventory control, and financial controls within manufacturing operations.
• Support and drive the implementation or improvement of ERP/accounting systems within the department.
• Coordinate financial communication with overseas finance teams.
