- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team and individual team members.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the retail sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the retail sales team.
- Oversee the sales budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
- Implement and manage effective sales programs and initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience and many years in a leadership role within retail sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth with well-known or large retail companies.
- Experience with overseas retail sales in CLMV countries would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of retail sales channels and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence executives and C-level members.
- Good command of English in spoken and written.
