Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Regional Sales (CLMV) to lead our retail sales team within Thailand and CLMV countries to drive revenue growth across all our retail channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, building and motivating a high-performing team, and exceeding sales targets.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team and individual team members.
Lead, coach, and mentor the retail sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the retail sales team.
Oversee the sales budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
Implement and manage effective sales programs and initiatives.
Monitor competitor activity and stay abreast of industry trends.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience and many years in a leadership role within retail sales.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth with well-known or large retail companies.
Experience with overseas retail sales in CLMV countries would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of retail sales channels and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Ability to communicate, present and influence executives and C-level members.
Good command of English in spoken and written.
