- Gain cross-functional working experience in a large company.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including grievances, complaints, and conflicts, in a timely and fair manner.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and allegations, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department managers to address employee relations matters and implement appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and outcomes.
- Manage unions and work across functions to align the employee relations activities.
- Support the development and implementation of employee relations policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations related to employee relations.
- Assist in providing training and guidance to employees and managers on company policies and procedures.
- Support the performance management process, including coaching managers on performance issues, providing guidance on performance improvement plans, and facilitating disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee communication strategies to promote transparency and foster positive employee relations.
- Help disseminate information on company policies, procedures, and initiatives to employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations and union management
- Experience in managing large organization.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, cpmpliance, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
