Job DescriptionOur client produces various household electrical appliances (except the type of production of electric heating).Responsibilities
  • Conducting various levels and types of internal and external technical training. Including sales and technical training programs, troubleshooting and service.
  • Evaluating and determining training objectives, ability to write and develop training programs including outline, text, handouts, tests, and design exercises where
  • Training on installation, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
  • Being familiar with industry standards and common practices within the HVAC industry.
  • Documenting weekly responsibilities through required sales and training reports.
  • Coordinating with the sales team and the customer regarding operational matters including scheduling training and travel.
  • Training targets and working with staff and customers to achieve those yearly goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 3-6 years working experience as a Technical trainer of HVAC systems, particularly air conditions, for commercial, Residential and industrial strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Good skills in technical analysis and collaboration with the project management team, Customer service and headquarters including clients for on-the-job training including inspection and handover training.
  • Good manage the assignment by the plan.
  • Good knowledge of standards and codes i.e., ASHRAE or LEED.
  • Excellent in problem-solving.
  • Good Communication and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
