Senior HSE Supervisor

• Monitor the implementation of site Health and Safety policy, Drugs and Alcohol policy and Environmental Policy.
• Conduct regularly HSE briefings and toolbox meetings with the site Construction team and workers.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the Project HSE Plan at construction site.
• Be the focal point for all HSE matters at construction site.
• Report any HSE non-compliances to the Construction Manager.
• Conduct HSE meetings and follow-up on any required actions.
• Control and monitor any identified hazards at construction site.
• Organize HSE functions, Incentive Scheme and HSE awards to celebrate successful achievement of key HSE milestones without LTI/DAFWC e.g. 100,000, 200,000 and one million manhours without LTI/DAFWC, etc.
• Plan and organize emergency response drill with the relevant authorities as necessary.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) on any significant hazards identified at the construction site and train subcontractors/ workers to do JSA.
• Promote sound environmental/green practices at site.

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree on Occupational Health, safety and Environment or equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience for officer lever / 3-6 years' experience for senior level in field of site HSE.
• Knowledge and application experience in ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
• Problem solving, strong leadership, good analytical thinking, public speaking
• Computer literate in MS-Office.
