Provide Marine claim services to clients locally and internationally.
Properly handle client’s expectation as well as maintain service level agreement.
Investigate and make technical Marine claim decisions under regulatory environment.
Be supportive and align with underwriters and other functions for optimal outcome and performance.
Manage and analyze portfolios in accordance with company policy and guidelines.

What you’ll need to succeed

Relevant qualification preferred.
Marine claim experience is preferred.
Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
Strong articulate communication with high responsibilities and service mind.
