- Lead and build the entire HR foundation of a rapidly growing company.

You will oversee a team and work closely with senior management across Operations, Marketing, R&D, and Business Development.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership
- Establish HRD frameworks, SOPs, and KPI structures across the organization.
- Drive HR transformation to support the company's aggressive expansion.
- Partner closely with the GM to mentor and develop HR capabilities within the team.
- Lead and manage teams in recruitment, training, payroll (outsourced), and plant HR.
- Identify internal talent, support career progression, and strengthen department capability.
- Oversee recruitment strategy for high-volume and branch expansion.
- Implement training programs, including OJT, for new and existing staff.
- Manage payroll processes and HR compliance (including Jor Por).
- Handle a high volume of HR documentation and identify opportunities for digitalization.
- Champion the transition from manual paperwork to system-driven HR processes.
- Implement and support new HR systems for payroll, L&D, and recruitment.
- Proactively use technology and HRIS system for seamless operation.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, ideally in the food retail industry or related sectors.
- Strong background in HR Opeartions, HRD, KPI development, recruitment management, and organizational structure.
- Experience in rapidly growing organizations or multi-branch operations is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with senior leaders who remain hands-on.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
