- Gathering and analysing market data to support regular reviews of key performance indicators (KPIs) including outlet segmentation, distribution, depletion, and point-of-sale data.
- Conducting regular field visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Leveraging shopper insights to forecast risks and opportunities, and develop solutions when required.
- Developing and executing strategic trade promotions across on- and off-trade channels such as cycle promotions, sampling initiatives, and merchandiser management.
- Tracking and measuring campaign performance, analysing results, and identifying opportunities to optimize ROI.
- Collaborating with commercial leads to develop Top National Customer-wise plans & Joint Business Plans (JBP) for off-trade, relevant on-trade.
- Defining excellent outlet execution & merchandising standards for different channels.
- Identifying and managing the lighthouse outlets based on defined standards and implementing required support.
- Developing impactful POS materials that drive increased product off-takes and brand awareness.
- Managing the Trade Marketing BI budget efficiently to allocate resources effectively.
- Overseeing monthly monitoring and tracking of KPIs for the Sales Incentive Plan.
- University degree.
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in multinational FMCG Trade Marketing or Sales.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels internally, externally and cross-functional.
- Action-based and output-oriented approach towards ambitious targets.
- Demonstrates high levels of adaptability, and flexibility concerning new challenges and the use of new networks and entrepreneurial skills.
