- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in construction and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major accounts
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecast performance, and report to management
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive business growth
- Support team in closing major deals and solving customer issues
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfactionREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields preferred)
- At least 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction machinery or related industry
- Proven experience in team management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Result-oriented with strong business acumen
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Own a car with a valid driving license
