As we expand our presence in the Thai market, we are seeking a professional and driven Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable future.
Position Summary:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, providing product consultations, and closing sales of solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about promoting clean energy technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
- Present and promote solar cell products and services in a consultative manner
- Conduct on-site assessments and propose customized solutions
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and close deals
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- More than 3 years of sales experience (solar energy, construction materials, or technical products preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Own transportation and willingness to travel to client sites
