• Support customer requirements. include Japanese customer.
• Respond to incoming calls, reply e-mail and Line official from the Japanese customers.
• Sales support. include issuing document.
• To support about mobile application and smartphone set up.
• Coordinate with suppliers.
• To record data related with customer, sales and expense
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Able to communicate in Japanese and English.(Must have JLPT N3)
• Good personality and a team work
• Good command in MS Office
• High sense of responsibility
• Interest in helping and working with customers
