Job description
- Clarify project requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Support workshops with users for gap analysis, prepare test scripts, and plan deployments.
- Liaise with Product Owners to understand product features, plan product releases, and prepare related project documentation.
- Prepare functional specifications and diagrams for the technical team to support system development.
- Manage configuration changes based on business requirements and perform testing to ensure expected outcomes.
- Conduct analysis and prepare reports to provide operational and technical support to business operations.
- Manage and perform internal functional testing of systems and system integrations before releasing them to business users for acceptance testing.
- Translate business specification requirements into appropriate application functions for various applications.
- Monitor and update project status, addressing any issues during implementation.
- Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define business solutions.
- Understand the current processes, analyze customer and user requirements, and prepare relevant documentation.
- Actively participate in client discussions and meetings, manage engagements, and prepare concise and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the technical IT team and stakeholders to develop database design solutions.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in project development, analysis, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Familiarity with application development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile hybrid models).
- Experience in database management (MySQL, SQL).
- Experience in coordinating all phases of application development: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, UAT support, training, and application support.
- Good communication in English.
