Accounting and Finance Manager

• Perform as a group leader about accounting, policy setting, accounting planning, finance, control, audit, account management to be in accordance with accounting standards Preparation of tax reports and other assignments as: - Manage relations with external auditors. - Tax planning and handle tax returns, VAT, WHT and relations with tax authorities - Manage the financing structure and a dividend pay for the companies. - Monitor financial health of the companies, anticipate developments and risks. - Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure - Accuracy and reliability of various reports concern

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related filed 2. Accounting Experience at least 5 years 3. High responsibilities, Able to work under pressure and very tight deadlines 4. Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability 5. Positive attitude, Good Relationship 6. Having CPD or CPA license
