ผู้จัดการหรือผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์Job responsibilities- Manage Team to handle tasks related to maintenance cost calculation for each car model, market price setting (Residual value) for each car model, Other service cost item setting, and Other tasks as assigned
- Analyze and Improve the work process & logic related to maintenance cost calculation, market price setting, and Other service cost items
- Create the idea for a corporate strategy plan in order to enhance corporate performance and competitiveness (Including system improvement)
- Create and coordinate with related parties about business plan in part of service department's item
- Make the reports as assigned
- Other task as assignedความรับผิดชอบในงาน- บริหารจัดการทีมงานเพื่อจัดการงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการคำนวณค่าบำรุงรักษารถยนต์แต่ละรุ่น การตั้งราคาตลาด (มูลค่าคงเหลือ) สำหรับรถยนต์แต่ละรุ่น การตั้งค่ารายการต้นทุนการบริการอื่นๆ และงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานและตรรกะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการคำนวณต้นทุนการบำรุงรักษา การตั้งราคาตลาด และรายการต้นทุนบริการอื่นๆ
- สร้างแนวคิดสำหรับแผนกลยุทธ์องค์กรเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความสามารถในการแข่งขันขององค์กร (รวมถึงการปรับปรุงระบบ)
- จัดทำและประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับแผนธุรกิจในส่วนของรายการแผนกบริการ
- จัดทำรายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายNecessary Skill / Experience- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 32 - 39 years old
- Bachelor's degree with At least 5 years as Car maintenance, Used car/ Automotive Cost Analysis, Business Analysis
*Automotive, Car Dealer, Auto Auction, Car Insurance
*Auto leasing, Rental Car business (resign first)
- Strong ability to Analyze the Data such as the used car market situation and cost structure.
- Able to use Advance MS Excel (if, Pivot, V look up etc.) and PowerPoint for business Analyze and presentation
- Business level of English (internal use, report to Japanese GM)
- Good teamwork, Strong ability to Analyze the Data with good communication skills, proactive with multitasking skill.Preferable Skill / Experience- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science
- Macros, MS Access, Power BI
- Having TOEIC 700 or over
