  • ติดตั้งระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย ได้แก่ ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด, สัญญาณกันขโมย, สัญญาณอัคคีภัย, ล็อคอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Installation) Responsible for installing security systems as requested by clients, including burglary alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and electronic locks.
  • วิเคราะห์ปัญหา แก้ไข ซ่อม และเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยให้แก่ลูกค้า (Troubleshooting) Analyze, troubleshoot problems, and perform repairs or replacements of security system devices for clients.
  • บริการซ่อมระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยเมื่อเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน (Emergency Services) Available for on-call emergency maintenance services (06:01 P.M. to 08:59 A.M.).
  • ให้บริการซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยของลูกค้าตามวงรอบ (Maintenance Services) Responsible for performing maintenance and checks on security systems every 6 months to 1 year
  • เข้าตรวจเยี่ยมและรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการจากลูกค้าภายในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ (Site Visiting & Feedback) Visit client sites to provide services and gather feedback on their satisfaction within your designated area of responsibility.
  • ทำรายงานสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละเคสในระบบลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (Implement Report) Daily reporting in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for progress monitoring.
  • ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้แล้วเสร็จ (Related Assignment) And other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติเพศ : ชายอายุ(ปี) : 20 - 45ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส.ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 0 - 1อื่นๆ : ยินดีรับผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์,ต้องมีคะแนน TOEICคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
  • Nationalities: Vietnamese, Laos, Burmese (each country).
  • Requires basic knowledge of electrical device connections or circuit wiring.
  • Experience in security systems is advantageous, including burglary alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and electronic locks.
  • Requires basic IT knowledge or basic computer literacy.
  • Requires patience and a positive attitude.
  • Must be available for 24-hour on-call duty for emergency cases.
  • Must be able to drive both motorcycles and cars, and possess a valid driver's license for each.
  • Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
  • A clean criminal record is required.
  • Our company provides technical skills training for new employees at our Head Office in Thailand.
