- At least experience 3 years in HR Function (Payroll).
- Proficiency in English and Japanese - N2 (will be given special consideration)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Emotional maturity and management skills.
- Can withstand high levels of pressure.
- Has quick learning abilities and basic problem-solving skills.
