Seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to support application development and customer engagement for silicone sealants and construction-related products in the Building & Infrastructure sector.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and develop applications for façade and sealing solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert customer needs into commercial success.Advise on material selection, application methods, and troubleshooting.Conduct substrate testing, blueprint reviews, site visits, and warranty preparation.Deliver technical presentations and training to customers.Document work and contribute to knowledge sharing and industry representation.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or Material Science.Candidates with degrees in Building Sciences, Civil Engineering, or Architecture with construction materials/chemical experience are highly encouraged.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.Experience in project management, sealants and building materials chemistry, and application knowledge.Familiarity with local building codes, industry certifications, and construction practices.Experience working in OEM factory and construction site environments.Fluent in Thai; strong English communication (TOEIC ≥ 700).#LI-JACTH#citybangkok
