Your role is pivotal - you'll elevate your team's skill set, ensure the smooth running of our supply operations, and leave a lasting impact on our manufacturing process. We're inviting you to be a cornerstone of our continuous drive for excellence, where your influence will go beyond operations to truly shape our success.The experience we're looking for- Substantial experience in manufacturing, well-versed in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis. - A strong track record of leadership and team management. - Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading factory employees. - Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement. - Business acumen, paired with expertise in supply chain management and production optimisation.Your responsibilitiesWastewater Treatment Operations

Manage wastewater treatment systems to ensure compliance with environmental and food industry standards.
Monitor effluent quality, chemical dosing, and sludge handling.
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.

Boiler & Chiller Systems

Supervise steam generation and chilled water systems used in food processing and packaging.
Ensure equipment operates within safe parameters and meets production demands.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and inspections.

Air Compressor & HVAC Systems

Oversee compressed air systems used in pneumatic controls and packaging lines.
Maintain HVAC systems to ensure temperature and humidity control in production and storage areas.
Ensure systems meet hygiene and air quality standards required in food facilities.

Energy Efficiency & Sustainability

Implement energy-saving projects aligned with corporate sustainability goals.
Monitor utility consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize energy use without compromising food safety.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure all utility operations comply with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and local regulations.
Lead safety programs and conduct risk assessments.
Prepare for internal and external audits related to utilities and environmental impact.

Team Leadership

Supervise and train utility technicians.
Schedule work, monitor performance, and support skill development.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The skills for successQualification

Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
5+ years of experience in utility systems within a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
Experience with regulatory compliance in food safety and environmental standards.

Certifications (Preferred)

Boiler Operator License
Wastewater Treatment Certification
HVAC Technician Certification
Energy Management Certification (e.g., CEM)

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of utility systems in food production.
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
Leadership and team management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CMMS and utility monitoring systems.
