Our client is a well-established food and beverage company specializing in syrup products, operating across:

Trading business (domestic distribution)
OEM manufacturing
Own branded products
International export markets

The company is expanding its operations and strengthening its supply chain capabilities to support multi-channel growth across local and overseas markets.Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within FMCG / food & beverage / manufacturing industry
Strong experience in planning, inventory control, procurement, and warehouse management
Experience handling OEM and export operations is highly preferred
Solid knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and cost optimization
Experience in ERP systems and supply chain analytics
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Good command of English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics
Develop demand forecasting and inventory strategies to balance service level and cost efficiency
Manage OEM production coordination and ensure on-time delivery
Oversee export documentation and international logistics processes
Optimize warehouse operations and distribution flow
Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and cost per unit
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes
Collaborate closely with sales, production, and finance teams
