- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, growth, and profitability in the cosmetics and skincare market.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and creative to ensure alignment and execution of brand initiatives.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including product positioning, packaging design, pricing strategy, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and in-store activations.
- Analyze sales performance, consumer feedback, and market data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, influencers, and industry partners.
- Monitor and manage brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the cosmetics or skincare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
