SAP Project Lead Coordinator

• Provide support to Project Managers in monitoring project variables and constraints.
• Coordinate with project team members to develop mitigation and resolution plans.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements.
• Engage with the PMO team in improving project management capabilities across the org.
• Support detailed project planning activities such as work breakdown structure development.
• Maintain project documentation such as risks, issues, change requests, etc.
• Analyse project metrics to proactively identify potential delivery roadblocks.
• Enable status reporting processes and up/downstream communications.
• Support PM process maturity and adoption within a youthful organization.
• Track project artifacts in SharePoint and MS Project Server.
• Maintain project documentation and analysis using the Microsoft suite of technologies.
• With technical skills in SAP BTP, Integration or SAC, SAP DataSphere / DI skills
• Highly analytical and process-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent public speaking, oratory, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, delivery focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• High learning agility to continue building knowledge and expertise.
• Strong self-motivation with a positive attitude.

• You have at least 8 years experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You have working knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integra and DATA sphere
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
