- Bachelor's degree of Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Engineer Profession Classification - "Associate" or "Professional" Architecture or Civil engineering
  • More than 3-5 years of working experience as an site architect or civil engineer or site engineer
  • Good command of English, strong communication skills
  • PC skills - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point/AutoCAD (much better to be able to use Illustrator/Photoshop)
  • have work experience as a contractor (Hotel ,Condominium)
  • have work experience as a consultant (Hotel ,Condominium)
  • have work experience as a developer (Hotel ,Condominium)
