Tasks are of low complexity and in support of more senior colleagues. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instructions, guidance, and direction from others.In detail, you will:
Drive activities to launch new models and improve the product cost, performance, and manufacturability of new refrigerators
Deliver solutions to the products that are aligned with the global strategy
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing products in terms of cost reduction and quality improvement
Provide technical support to the factory on short-term product-related opportunities
Deliver projects that meets schedule, performance, and costs targets of the Electrolux refrigerators
Qualifications:
Bachelor 's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in R&D or Product development from home appliances industry is preferred
Experience in design of components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes in the cooling system branch
CAD (CATIA / Zuken experience or similar)
Zuken harness design tool
Project Management skills
Good communication with strong teamwork approach
Capable on Design review and feedback
Good command of spoken and written English
