Department: Supply ChainJob Location: Head Office, Pakin Building, BangkokReport to: Logistics ManagerThe Domestic Logistics Coordinator works in continuity with the Sales Coordination team to plan and execute deliveries according to customer orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy. The role covers delivery planning, handling and resolving customer complaints, and managing customer relationships, with a focus on delivering excellent domestic logistics service, continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction, and strong collaboration with customers and all relevant stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:Domestic Logistics Planning - SGI and KGT entitiesTrack and verify transport monthly demand forecasts from Sales or relevant stakeholders and forward them to contracted carriers to secure sufficient trucks to meet demand - SGI (Plasterboard)Plan weekly deliveries within the set timeline for contracted carriers to ensure sufficient trucks to meet customer needs - SGI (Plasterboard) & KGT (Gypsum Compound, Industrial Plaster)Prepare daily delivery plans within the required timeline for contracted carriers under company contractsMonitor and guide carriers to deliver on time in accordance with service standardsResolve daily delivery issues in line with company service and safety standardsPrepare expense documentation for unloading charges exceeding agreed service terms, for approval by authorized signatoriesMaintain and develop relationships with contracted carriersCustomer ComplaintReceive and record customer complaints related to deliveryCoordinate prompt resolution with relevant stakeholdersWork with carriers, plants, or related parties to identify root causes and corrective actionsPropose solutions, consult with the supervisor, and improve work processesReport and AnalysisPrepare daily delivery plans for the Direct ChannelMonthly Transportation ReportMonthly forecast of 6-wheel truck requirements (by carrier)Monthly Transportation Saving reportMonthly log of domestic transport complaints and incidentsMonthly OTIF Report (on-time, in-full)Delivery planning reportsOther ResponsibilitiesContinuously improve work processes for efficiencyComplete tasks assigned by the supervisor in line with targetsJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related fieldHigh sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressureGood interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-service mindsetStrong problem analysis and decision-making skillsData analysis and reporting skills; understanding of logistics KPIs such as OTIF, SLA, and Transportation SavingKnowledge of transport planning, truck and route allocation, and coordination with 3PL providersComputer skills: SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and E-mail (Outlook)Fluent in Thai.
