Warehouse/Logistics Manager

• Supervise and manage all warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, and storage activities.

• Ensure inventory is accurately received, stored, and issued according to customer and company requirements.

• Maintain stock integrity through cycle counts and reconciliation, ensuring minimal variances.

• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth and timely material flow.

• Ensure all shipments are properly organized, documented, and delivered on time to meet customer commitments.

• Oversee traffic operations for both inward and outward shipments, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

• Undertake corrective and preventive actions for any non-conformances identified during audits or operations.

• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements aligned with Mentor Media's Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO standards.

• Analyze logistics performance, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strategically plan and manage warehouse space, logistics resources, and transportation to optimize efficiency and cost.

• Ensure full compliance with HR policies, safety regulations, and all statutory requirements

• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to warehouse teams to build capability and engagement.

• Resolve any operational issues, customer complaints, or disputes in a timely and professional manner.

• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets set by management and customers.

• Collaborate with regional teams to support new projects, reporting, and any requirements.

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and communicate business results to customers.

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems (experience with SAP is an advantage).

• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement practices.

• Solid understanding of logistics compliance, ISO standards and Safety regulation.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under pressure.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to balance service quality and cost efficiency.
