• Lead and inspire the bar team daily
• Plan and host guest shifts-both domestically & internationally
• Create, update, and maintain seasonal cocktail menus
• Manage inventory: stock counts, ordering, cutting par levels, wastage tracking
• Control beverage cost and report sales performance
• Collaborate with marketing and operations for event activations
• Maintain world-class hospitality and service standards

• Have strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for creative mixology
• Have experience in bar leadership or hotel bar operations
• Are confident in English communication (spoken & written)
• Know your way around Excel and bar management software
• Can balance both business strategy and artistic flair
• Are collaborative, open-minded, and always hungry to grow
