Company DescriptionA leading international facilities subcontractor specializing in the design and construction of electrical, air conditioning, and sanitary systems for office buildings, commercial facilities, factories, and plants. With a presence in over 10 countries, the company values long-term employment and seeks candidates with strong BIM software skills and experience in architectural, civil, or MEP design, ideally within Japanese construction firms.Experience RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in architectural, civil, or MEP design. Experience as a BIM Coordinator is a strong advantage. Candidates must have hands-on experience with BIM software and a background in Japanese construction companies is highly valued【Education Requirements】Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.Language Proficiency: Thai - Native level (required), English - Daily conversation level.Responsibilities

3D Design Using BIM: Create detailed 3D models for architectural, civil, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Model Management: Develop and manage BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Clash Detection & Coordination: Identify and resolve design conflicts through BIM analysis and coordinate necessary adjustments.
Documentation: Prepare and revise design drawings and related documentation in response to project changes.
Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate with Japanese headquarters and local teams using Japanese or English.
Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, ensure quality control, and oversee deliverables.
Construction Planning Support: Assist in quantity take-offs and construction planning using BIM data.
Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on design objectives.
