- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Prepare product price estimation, specification and quotation to customer
- Relationship manage with potential clients or key account customer and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare strong data and insight information about customer in order to won the project.
- Co-operate with internal parties smoothly for incoming and existing customer for all technical and commercial terms
- Prepare and action after sale document such as invoice, handle contract sign, etc
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams【Sales style】
- Sales of Elevator systems for Real Estate Developer
- Areas: around Bangkok (Incluring Samutprakarn, Patumtani)
- Frequency of customer visit: 3-4 days a week【Qualification】
- Age 25-35, Any gender
- Education: Bachelor degree or above
- Hold Driver's License and own car
- English: Business level upper (Internal conversation is in English)
- 3~5 years' experience in the Elevator Business
