- Identify and follow-through on business opportunities for portfolio customers to increase their spending at Makro
- Lead a high-functioning by ensuring store customer development team to achieve KPIs
- Coach team to work effectively by ensuring the implementation of account and visit plans.
- Visit high priority customers and go in field to understand and communicate market trends and realities to Head office team.
- Ensure the implementation of store market opportunity model initiatives.
- Collaborate with Assistant store general manager to achieve store and customer development team KPIs and ensure operation excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales through the actions of others.
- Supervisory experience in sales and customer service of a retail or B2B wholesale organization
- Previous sales experience with track record of achieving set KPIs
- Team and collaboration across stakeholders in store and Head office team.
- Thai Male/Female
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, computer science or related courses
- 5-7 years of working experience, At least 3-5 years supervisory experience in sales and customers service, database management of a retailer or wholesale organization
- Self-motivated,Well-organized, Thorough in numbers
- Proactive, positive thinking and can do attitude.
- Resulted and details oriented.
