Role & Responsibility
  • Identify and follow-through on business opportunities for portfolio customers to increase their spending at Makro
  • Lead a high-functioning by ensuring store customer development team to achieve KPIs
  • Coach team to work effectively by ensuring the implementation of account and visit plans.
  • Visit high priority customers and go in field to understand and communicate market trends and realities to Head office team.
  • Ensure the implementation of store market opportunity model initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Assistant store general manager to achieve store and customer development team KPIs and ensure operation excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales through the actions of others.
  • Supervisory experience in sales and customer service of a retail or B2B wholesale organization
  • Previous sales experience with track record of achieving set KPIs
  • Team and collaboration across stakeholders in store and Head office team.
Qualification
  • Thai Male/Female
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, computer science or related courses
  • 5-7 years of working experience, At least 3-5 years supervisory experience in sales and customers service, database management of a retailer or wholesale organization
  • Self-motivated,Well-organized, Thorough in numbers
  • Proactive, positive thinking and can do attitude.
  • Resulted and details oriented.
