Manage relationship between UOB Thailand and key customers in assigned branch to ensure customers’ needs are met and maintain good customer service by working closely with all relevant units within UOB Thailand and overseas. Support business growth through proactive approach in building up strong and sustainable relationships with assigned branches.Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify areas of improvement for UOB products & services to meet the needs of the Bank's priority customers
- Provide consultation on products and services to support the needs of the bank's priority customers
- Work closely with all relevant units within UOB to develop innovative solutions to enhance value-added services to the bank's priority customers
- Monitor customers’ satisfaction and provide feedback to improve overall services
- Ensure effective communication to customers regarding new products /services launched by the Bank
- Manage and resolve any problems or issues faced by customers
- Maintain close contact with the customers to understand their financial situation and find ways to help them
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and applicable regulations at all times
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate banking/relationship management
- Experience in managing high net worth individuals or large corporates
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communicator both in written and verbal English and Thai language
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
