Experience building or contributing to mobile apps using Flutter (either through personal projects, coursework, or previous internships).

Understanding of programming concepts and software development principles.

Understanding of platform differences and cross-platform development strategies.

Outstanding drive and communication skills

Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

Experience in Agile development, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and coding for automated testing

Thorough understanding of standard enterprise application requirements, including scalability, performance, reliability, high availability etc
